How to Order
You may order by telephone, fax, or mail. To order by phone, call Shiela at (651) 633-6368 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. You may also print the order form, fill it out, and fax or mail it to us.
