  2. At Recapture we only suggest products that will help you achieve your goals. We never try to up-sell you products that are not necessary! Often, we will recommend reducing the number and mixture of products that were historically using.
  3. Our approach to home care also distinguishes Recapture from other skin care providers. We believe that “less is more” and will recommend only the best economic “at home regimen” recommendations. We offer less invasive, but more affordable options.

What should I know when scheduling an appointment?
Recapture always consults about your interest, need and health history. Because we strive for desired results, Recapture offers many facial options that have just recently been launched, and may not be on the price menu.  If your appointment is for your first visit, please arrive ten minutes early to complete a questionnaire that we will review to help develop an individualized skin-care plan.

Are appointment reminders provided?
Yes!  We offer all of our client’s courtesy calls, emails and texts to remind them of their scheduled appointments.

What if I am late to my appointment?
We understand that there are sometimes unique circumstances which may be prevent your timely arrival to a scheduled appointment.  We will try to accommodate you, but please understand that your appointment may have to be rescheduled.

What do I need to know about rescheduling?
We understand that you may need to reschedule your appointment. Please give us at least 24 hours notification so that we can offer another client the opportunity to use this time slot. If a scheduled appointment must be rescheduled or cancelled, it is the client’s responsibility to contact us; otherwise a cancellation penalty fee may apply.

What is the policy for picking up my product order?
For your convenience, retail products can be picked up in the main lobby, which will be kept in our secure lockbox for you.

What is the product return policy?
We will honor all product returns (unused and within original packaging) within 30 days of purchase that is accompanied with a sales receipt. Product returned without a valid sales receipt will be provided with a store credit for either “product or services”.

Use of cell phones?
Please set your cell phone to “silent” when you are preparing for your facial. Relaxing and avoiding unnecessary distractions are part of the enjoyable experience.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes!  Help capture the gift of relaxation for you, a family member and/or significant other with the presentation of a facial gift certificate (any amount). Pick it up in person, or we can mail it to any location based on your instructions.

What form of payments do you accept?
We accept all credit cards with the exception of American Express. We are PCI Smart Compliant.

What about gratuity?
Our prices do not include gratuity. We believe that gratuities are not a “right”, but should only be considered if you feel that the services rendered have exceeded your customer expectations. Gratuities are appreciated and are strictly voluntary.
