In 1956, German-Romanian chemist, Dr. Micheal Babor invented and patented a Hydrophilic oil that showed excellent results in deep pore cleansing.  Hy-Oil Cleanser became the foundation of the Babor skin care line.

Hydrophilic Oil: Hydrophilic means that the oil is favorably disposed toward water on the skin.  This emulsion may then be easily removed. The benefits of cleanisng with a hydrophilic oil are that it can gently and thoroughly cleanse virtually any skin type.

We feel that a good cleanser is the first step toward beautiful skin. This cleanser is one of the best on the market.
